CSKH EVNSPC 3.8.8

To access customer care services anytime, anywhere, customers can use the Customer Care application on their mobile devices from the Southern Power Customer Care Center.

When installing the application (which is free of charge), customers can:
- View and receive notifications about electricity meter readings, electricity bills, outstanding balances, make electricity payments, and view power outage schedules.
- View and receive notifications about power supply reduction schedules and meter reading schedules.
- Make online electricity payments.
- Download electronic bills.
- Access online services such as electricity registration and reporting power outages.
- Locate electricity bill payment points and find information about electricity prices.
- Update customer information.
- Access other utility applications.

For Android 6.0 and above, users need to grant permissions to the application on their devices:
Settings => App Management => "EVNSPC CSKH" => Permissions => Grant Phone permission.
